How do I place an order?

Placing an order online is very easy, fast and safe. We can accept orders online, over the phone and via fax.

Placing an order over the phone:

To place an order over the phone, you can contact our customer care department at 1-(866)-430-4589 and our representative will be ready to assist you. The following information will be needed to expedite the process: item number, item name, customization information (if the item is customizable), the total amount, and the category.

Placing an order via fax:

To place an order via Fax, please choose the product(s) that you want to purchase and then click the add to cart button. Once you have selected all the products, you can then proceed to click the checkout button. This will take you to a secure server where you will be prompt to enter your shipping, billing and financial information. After you have completed this process please print and fax this form with all the required fields to 1-(917)-338-6694.

Placing an order online:

1.) Once you have located the product(s) you like, simply click on the image or text to view more details about the product. For most of our products, you will be given option to personalize these high quality products to suit your style. When you have selected the appropriate option that best matches your personal style, you can then add the quantity amount and click add to shopping bag button to place the item into your shopping bag/cart.

2.) Next you will be given a choice to keep shopping or to complete your order process by clicking checking out button . If you are completely satisfied with your order, you can proceed to check out.

3.) This will then take you to the next step, to a secure server, where you can enter your payment and shipping information. After you have entered your payment and shipping information, you will be asked to confirm the details and approve your order. Once your order is approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains your order details.

3.). Remember, before checking out you can opt to continue browsing to add as many products during your shopping experience. It is important that you go over the details of your orders, because once your orders have been processed or have been shipped, you can no longer edit it.

Do you have a printed catalog?

Do you charge sales tax?
When ordering online, applicable sales tax will be applied to orders delivered within the State of New York (8.375%). We are required by law to charge sale tax because our corporate office is located in the New York State. All Other states are tax-exempt.
How do I view my shopping cart and change items if neccessary?
You may view your shopping cart at anytime by clicking on the shopping cart link located at the top of each web page. When you view your cart, you can change product amounts or remove products by clicking remove button or add more products by changing the amount in the quantity field and then click the update button.
How do I know when my order has been shipped?
We will email you with a tracking number. NOTE: My Baby Gifts 'n Gifts does not ship orders on Saturday and Sunday.
What do I do if I did not receive the tracking number for my order?
If reasonable time has passed and a tracking number was not sent to the email you provided, please check your anti-spam filter to make sure it was not deleted. If you could not locate the message, send us a email by clicking on the following link Tracking Number Request. In order to complete your request we will need the order reference number, full address, phone number, and the name of the person who the package was to be sent to. However, please keep in mind that certain items in our estore require us to contact our fulfillment centers to get the current status of the order. As soon as we receive a detailed response to your inquiry it will be forwarded to you via email.
How do I track an order?

How do I find out if a product is back order?
When an item is low in our inventory, we will post a back-order notice on our site virtual catalog.
Can you tell me when a product is back in stock?

How do I cancel an order?
Any orders that are not processed can be cancelled. For personalized/engraved items, once the order has been processed, we do not allow changes or cancellations to be made.

Need to cancel an order?
Orders placed on My baby Gifts 'n Things cannot be cancelled online. To cancel orders, please e-mail Customer Cancel Order Request .

Shipping Policy
How are shipping costs calculated?
Your shipping charges are based on standard UPS rate, which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. We also charge an additional handling fee per order.
When will my order shipped?
Most orders are ship within 3 business days from when your order was placed and processed. Personalized items require extra time for processing and shipping. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed for the next business day and will fall within the shipping period provided. For more details see our product description as to when an item will be shipped. Due to the extensive variety of items we carry in our estore, your order(s) will be shipped directly from our fulfillment centers. Therefore, please expect that some order(s) will arrive in multiple shipments.
Do you ship to international locations?
Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Do you ship to PO boxes, FPO's or APO's?
Sorry, we do not ship to those addresses.
What is your policy on refused items or undeliverable package?
Any package refused or undeliverable for any reason will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus an additional return shipping charge equal to the amount of the original shipping charge. This fee will be charged to your original form of payment. When the package is received at our distribution center, credit will be given for the purchase price less the 15% restocking fee, original shipping charges and return shipping charges.
