To return a product you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our Customer Care Department.

Your request will be replied within a 48hr period. We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
• Customer name
• Order number
• Item number (ex.SW2500H)
• Whether the item box has been opened
• Reason for return
• Type of return (Refund, Exchange, Replacement)
My Baby Gifts 'n Things accepts returns on products within 7 days of delivery. Please be advice that
returns within our 14 days period can be for exchange, replacement and refund for credit at our discretion.
Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items and customers are also responsible for all shipping charges on returned items back to us. Please read entire return policy before proceeding.
What happens if my return is accepted?
If the product you have returned is accepted in our distribution center, we will post credit as soon as possible. Credit will be applied to your original form of payment. For example if you paid for your order with a credit card, the credit will be applied to that card. You will be able to verify the credit by calling your credit card company or by viewing your credit card statement online.
Packing Your Return:
1.) The RMA number should be clearly noted on the shipping label of each box.
2.) The return box should contain everything that came with the original shipment.
3.) All return boxes should be securely packaged to prevent possible damage during shipping. We are not liable for damages that occur during shipment back to us.
Important Tip: We advise that you insure these return items, as we are also not liable for lost merchandise.
Addressing Your Return: Please arrange to have packages shipped back to the address emailed to you with your authorized RMA number.
