satisfied with your purchase, please call us or email us within 14 days of receiving your order for
authorization on a return for refund, replacement or exchange; subject to and in compliance with this
return policy. Our ultimate goal is to provide you with high quality products at great value and low prices.
Keep in mind that all monogrammed,personalized,and engraved cannot be returned or exchanged. All shipping and handling charges on merchandise are non-refundable.
Please contact My Baby Gifts n Things Customer Care Department at 866-226-6695, 24 hours a day,
7 days a week or via e-mail at Customerreturns@mybabygiftsnthings.com to obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping product back to us. This will expedite and also help to
ensure the proper action or credit upon processing. Returns without an RMA number will not be valid or
accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS! Returns must be postmark and received by My Baby Gifts 'n Things within
14 days from the day the return authorization was issued.
Who assumes the shipping cost on return item(s)?
• Customer is responsible for all new shipping charges to our distribution centers for products being
shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Except if a return or exchange of an item is due to a result
of our error the return shipping cost will be our responsibility.
What happens if My Baby Gifts 'n Things make a mistake in personalizing or engraving my item(s)?
• We will always do our best to ensure you are delighted with your personalized or engraved products.
However, if we make a mistake, we will exchange or replace items at company expense. Again such
shipping charges assumed by our company will be based upon faulty errors made by us in regards to monogrammed, personalized or engraved items. Please contact us immediately for refund or
replacements if we have made an error on your order. Replacement items will not be sent until the
original items are received. As well as refund will not be credit until merchandise is received and inspected.
What happens if I make a mistake on my personalized item(s)?
• Please be sure of spelling, before you make your order, as items that have errors due to a mistake in
ordering will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Lost or damage returned merchandise:
• Customer assumes responsibility for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return,
exchange or replacement. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. In order
prevent this from happening please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as
UPS. This is for your protection as well as to ensure quick action on your return. No credit will be
authorized in the event damage occurs to merchandise resulting from a customer return, exchange or
replacement. All claims for lost or damage returned merchandise must be filed with the delivering carrier.
Packing Your Returns:
• Please return all products complete with original packaging accompanied by the original invoice and
customer authorized signature. RMA approval is contingent upon, among other things, the products
being 100% complete. We will accept authorized returns within 14 days as long as the items are in its
original packaging in new and unused condition. Again No exceptions! Merchandise returns received
not in its original packaging will not be accepted.
When will I receive credit for my return?
• All return items are subject to final inspection to qualify for credit, either partial or full credit. We ask that
you allow us 3-5 business days for processing your request. Once a return has been approved we will
refund your payment not including 15% restocking fee and original shipping and handling fee within 24 to 48 hrs.
Damage Shipments:
• We strongly encourage our customers to check the merchandise received from My Baby Gifts 'n Things
within 48hrs. We make sure that all our products are in good condition and are package properly to
ensure no breakage will occur. However, we have no control over the handling of these packages after it
leaves our warehouse. If your shipment arrived damaged, please contact UPS at 1-800-457-4022 to
initiate claim for damage goods. Failure to report or return a product within the applicable return period
will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product. Return privileges are based upon the strict
