My Baby Gifts 'n Things uses United Parcel Service (UPS) ground as our primary carrier to ship all orders.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Your shipping charges are based on standard UPS rate, which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. We also charge an additional handling fee per order.
When will my order shipped?
Most orders are ship within 5-7 business days from when your order was placed and processed. Personalized items require extra time for processing and shipping. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed for the next business day and will fall within the shipping period provided. For more details see our product description as to when an item will be shipped. Due to the extensive variety of items we carry in our estore, your order(s) will be shipped directly from our distribution centers. Therefore, please expect that some order(s) will arrive in multiple shipments.
How long does it take to receive an order?
Generally starting from the date ship about 7-10 business days. Except for personalized items which require extra time to complete process. For more information regarding delivery time click on the following link UPS Delivery Time.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate, which will in turn enable UPS to deliver the package. The UPS deliver driver at his discretion may choose to leave the package at the door of the recipient shipping address, if the package is left at the door, then the liability will become the customer's responsibility. Additional fees will be charged for incorrect addresses listed on the order, or for any change of address once the order has shipped and in the possession of UPS.
My Baby Gifts 'n Things assumes no liability for packages left at the door. It is strongly advises that
someone (an adult preferably) is present at the shipping address to sign for the package at the time of delivery.
Do you ship to international locations?
Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Do you ship to PO boxes, FPO's or APO's?
Sorry, we do not ship to those addresses.
What is your policy on refused items or undeliverable package?
Any package refused or undeliverable for any reason will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus an additional return shipping charge equal to the amount of the original shipping charge. This fee will be charged to your original form of payment. When the package is received at our distribution center, credit will be given for the purchase price less the 15% restocking fee, original shipping charges and return shipping charges.
